If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed at work, unsure about your next step, exploring a career change, or quietly carrying stress about your career, this call is for you.
Sometimes, what you need most is simply a space to pause, breathe, and talk things through with someone who understands and able to guide you through it.
This 45-minute “Power Session” is a great starting point and meaningful step toward clarity. It’s a place where you don’t have to have everything figured out. You can come as you are, and we’ll gently focus on what’s most important for you right now.
In this session, we will:
Talk through whatever is on your mind
Explore what has been weighing on you or causing confusion
Hold space for you to express yourself freely and feel heard
Offer practical input on your resume, LinkedIn, or documents if you bring them
Help you gently organize your thoughts and identify what your next step could be
If you’d like support reviewing your resume or LinkedIn profile, feel free to prepare them in advance so we can go through them together during the call.
By the end of our time together, you can expect to:
Walk away with at least one clear, manageable next step
Feel a little lighter and less alone in what you’re going through
Gain a clearer, more grounded perspective on your situation
Feel supported, understood, and encouraged
This call is for you if you:
Feel stuck, lost, or uncertain about your career direction
Are navigating job searching or career transitions
Are starting a new career & need help with figuring things out
Are experiencing work-related stress or burnout
Want a safe and supportive space to talk things out
Are looking for guidance on resumes, LinkedIn, or job applications
When booking, I kindly ask that you share as much detail as you feel comfortable in the intake form. This allows me to better understand your situation and show up prepared to support you in a meaningful way.
Think of this session as a gentle first step fro you. Not a place where everything needs to be solved right away, but a moment to slow down, reflect, and begin reconnecting with yourself and your direction.
And if you feel you need deeper or ongoing support afterward, we can explore that together at your pace.
As Warren Buffett said:
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
I’m truly grateful to be able to hold this space for you.
With courage,
-Jess
